The high quality of products is ensured due to three-stage inspections. Apart from the standard inspections at the producer, also the representative office in Shanghaii performs an inspection, as the second stage. This office inspects the quality of products prior to shipment. The third stage of inspection is carried out in Přerov by the Quality department prior to product packing. The quality inspections that are performed by the Quality department in Přerov are e.g. measuring of the surface layer thickness, measuring of hardness, circumference eccentricity inspection, dimension inspection and application tests. The inseparable part of the logistic centre is the packing room, where two fully automated packing lines are located. These lines perform the group packing into so called F-boxes.
