Philosophy, strategy, targets

The main philosophy of Visimpex a.s. is to provide the outstanding services to the customers as well as the responsible approach to the environment. The organization and management of the company both observe these principles. All processes are continuously monitored, checked and evaluated and absolutely comply with the quality system ISO 9001, which was successfully implemented in August 2003.

In 2006, a system of environmental management according to ISO 14001 for the environment was implemented in the company.

As for the strategic tasks, by the end of the 90’s, the company adopted a long term task in logistics - to build a modern logistic centre, so that it is possible to keep on stock and pack goods at the company’s registered office in Přerov. This centre has the capacity of 5000 pallet places.

Another logistic centre was built in Győr, in order to improve the services for the Central European market. This centre has the capacity of 3000 pallet places. As this task was successfully achieved, the customers have become more satisfied, because their requirements for the delivery of standard products are executed within 24 hours from placing the order.

Further stage of company development concentrates on the strategic target of company product quality improvement. This target is successfully achieved by implementation of three stage quality inspection, alteration of processes as well as opening of independent Quality department.
