Company divisions
At the beginning of 2006, Visimpex a.s. was divided into three divisions in order to provide higher comfort and services for the individual groups of customers. „Wood-metal division“ serves business companies and productions that use standardised fasteners, „Automotive, electronics and special parts division“ focuses on production of specialized fasteners according to drawing documentation and „Wintech division“ operates on the market as an independent Wintech trade mark for specialized producers and craftsmen. The described divisional arrangement proved successful and nowadays it is applied not only within the Czech market, but also within the foreign trade.
Since 2007, a new “KANYA” division has been part of the company. This division specialises in construction systems made of aluminium extrusions of the Swiss brand KANYA®.
Wood-metal division

Wood-metal division includes so wide a range of products that it largely exceeds a common usage in wood and metal industry. We offer thousands of items of standardised fasteners according to ČSN and DIN. Professional support to the customers is provided by the team of trained technical-sales representatives who are able to advise and consult the customers not only on the delivered products. |

Automotive, electronics, and special parts division
This division consists of a team of specialists who ensure the delivery of customised fasteners according to their drawings from the automobile and electronics industry segment. The organisational structure and processes used guarantee the quality of the development, technical preparation, production, and product delivery.
The quality control complies with ISO/TS16949.
The following parts are delivered:
• Welding parts
• Metric thread screws
• Nuts
• Thread items – inserts
All deliveries are accompanied by documentation according to customer requirements, e.g.:
• IMDS
• PPAP
The technological equipment of the Quality department guarantees the required high quality of all parts delivered. The following operations are performed:
• Inspection of dimensions
• Mechanical property tests
• Measuring of the surface layer thickness
Logistic processes are adjusted to customer requirements and meet modern standards in the automobile industry. They are:
• FIFO
• Delivery in KLT boxes
• KANBAN
Wintech division
Visimpex a.s. uses its own trade mark, WINTECH, on the market. This trade mark includes several product ranges for specialised products. Because of the new production technologies, WINTECH products achieve a high technical level in all programmes and guarantee easy application.
