The packing system WINTECH® is elaborated from the individual box to the collated packing.
Boxes
Boxes WINTECH® (available in 7 sizes) are identified by labels of different colours and they contain all important information on the product (a name, dimensions, a drawing etc.). The colour of the label identifies the surface treatment of the fasteners in the box. Each label contains a bar code, which provides for faster identification of the product.
Each box consists of a tilting front wall so that the box can serve not only as the transportation packaging, but also as a container in the production, warehouse or an outlet.
Collated packing into „F-boxes“
In the field of the collated packing, we have introduced a progressive way of packing into F-boxes. The number of small boxes contained there is reduced to half in comparison with paper cardboard boxes. They comply with the new stricter regulations on work safety, hygiene and protection of environment at the work place. F-boxes are unified in order to fit on the EURO-palette (larger consignments) as well as to be packed into the cardboard box (smaller consignments).
