VISIMPEX AUTEL (Fastener for Automotive & Electronic) is a division that comprises a team of engineering specialists and supplies adjusted standardized parts and non standard components based on customers’ drawings or specifications, including production of subassemblies.

Engineering

Technology support and product development are the key prerequisites for a successful launch of the batch production of a product. We make the maximum effort at the beginning of every project to clarify and deal with every aspect of its production and application. As a result, a special parts project management approach has been introduced and applied to processes all across the company.

• Design documents based on customer specifications
• Design and optimization of part parameters to ensure part costs reduction, producibility and functionality
• Quotations based on received documents
• Production of samples and documents as required by the customer (PPAP, IMDS, …)
• Optimization of costs of supplied parts throughout project life

Quality

Quality is our key to our customers’ satisfaction and trust. To this end, we have built and implemented an integrated quality and environmental management system. We strictly monitor, control and assess all processes to the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

An independent position of Quality Resident Engineer has been established in Taiwan to enable continuous improvement of production process quality. Our Quality Department has cutting-edge equipment to thoroughly inspect all supplied parts.

• Corrosion resistance measurements (Corrosion testing unit Liebisch, Germany)

Logistics

We fully adapt our logistical processes and operations to every customer’s requirements. These processes and operations are managed and developed to the latest automotive standards. A warehouse management system implemented in our Microsoft Business Solution ERP system ensures precision and flawlessness of all logistical operations.

• Batch monitoring
• Full barcode system EAN based product identification
• FIFO movement of goods
• Product labeling to VDA 4902
• Group packaging and plastic box packaging selected by the customer (such as KLT)
• Products are packaged on BILWINCO automated packaging lines

Our logistics center in Přerov has a capacity of 5,000 pallet spaces and we are able to deliver to locations in Europe within 24 hours of your order.
